Race unlock not worked

I spent 600 cartel coins to unlock a race but its still for sale in the cartel market, not marked as purchased and the race isn't available when I go to start a new character. Any ideas? I'm playin...

    Gents I have merged your posts together, send an email to support@swtor.com and provide a link to this thread.

    CS will be able to provide a refund of the cartel coins, however it will take a few days for them to respond.

    Unfortunately I cannot flag this directly with CS until Monday now.

Having a similar issue back in 2013 i bought these V but when i got to make a new character those races are locked and tells me only a subscriber can use twi'lek or sith pureblood but i bought them with Cartel coins i would like to know how to fix this since i can make a ticket without being a subscriber either its really annoying.

Offhand these would only be valid for 1 legacy on 1 server have you checked all servers on the ability to create them ?

only Cathar and Togruta unlock for all servers

    Well considering my default server was ebonhawk which is now gone an merged into star forge I assume my legacy would follow with me. And togrura and cathar are also locked to me i can only use these two on some classes, and when i played back in 2017-18 i had all this unlocked then its only been since then that i can no longer make any race any class.. is there a way i can fix this since i cant submit an ingame ticket without subscribing and i live out side of the US or UK an it would be an international call to the support line something i rather not have to pay for at $2 a minute

      Send an email to support@swtor.com from the registered email of the swtor account and detail what occurred 

      If you do ever need to call swtor cs and your phone plan doesn't have free international calls try using skype, here in Australia on skype would be an hour phone call for $2.00
