Also fwiw. I think I know what caused it to become bugged. I did the rishi stronghold achievement related to scritchy before doing this which could have caused this to bug out.

Yea, still no luck though
Feedback from QA regarding this is Scritchy can only be in one position. Once he is on Rishi the achievement on Odessen needs to be completed on a different character
