This currently a known bug when logging out in a stronghold or guildship and the dev team is already searching for a permanent solution. Meanwhile there is only one solution for people caught in this situation.
Simply submit an in-game ticket on another character and include the following:
Name of Character Stuck
Server
Date / Time last logged in
Where you logged out from
Unfortunately the in-game ticket is the only way to resolve this, it's not something phone support or a forum admin can fix.
EDIT: There is another workaround though.
If you are in another persons stronghold, they need to remove access from you, and your chars will all be kicked out finally freeing them.
If you are stuck in a guildhold/ship/whatever the fix is to kick you from the guild, then reinvite you.
