So how can i unlock it ? Cuz everytime when i tried to buy it gave the same error , blank reciept like the rest , yesterday i bought a subscription en today it canceld without any reason , i got this sccount Since 2013 so i dont want to lose it

Support are sending your account to another team , they ask you dont attempt to purchase on swtor.com until they email you saying its good to try again
you can purchase on steam if you want though after linking the swtor and steam accounts
