i link steam once BUT im cancle sub on steam
now i can't log-in on steam, when i try to log-in this message show up "We can't log you in. Please double-check you're using the Steam account you usually play on and try again."

you can only link swtor to one steam account and one swtor account to a steam account
If you have used either a different steam or swtor account you may have created another linkage
I would say there is another swtor account linked to that steam account if you dont have steam linked to that swtor account

I cant unlink anything , if you cant work it out best to call swtor support on Monday when the lines are open , and see if they can work out what has occurred
