change the email on that EA account to another email , then try using the swtor email address again in the password reset link
if that fails you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open they can resolve this for you
edit: we are tryint to restore an ea account similar to the bottom of the page in https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/account/close-ea-account
If you’ve already made a new account, you can change the email address on that account to reset the password for the deleted one.
