Re: Can't summon companion

I've been waiting weeks now for help summoning my shae viz. First response to my first ticket told me she was locked out cause if the chapter I was on. I know wasn't really the case but I begrudgingly finished that chapter. No shae. So I put in a second ticket. This time Jay responded. He told me I cant get my "original" companions back when you start the chapters. And there was a warning. Well Jay there certainly was. Sadly Shae wasn't an "original" companion. Or I would actually have her back with out two weeks of people who have no clue on how the game works "helping" me. So if possible can I get some help from some1 there who has a clue. Then could you train your people. Like are you really paying people for that. And thirdly can you guys just remove the chapters. They all ducked. Nearly killed the game. And now continues to make anything revolved around them unplayable. This is the 4th or 5th time I've had to get help for this same situation. I'd rather quit the game then have to play through a single horrible chapter again.
