yeah that's very weird.  If you haven't already I would submit an in-game ticket to see if they can restore the mission log.  It may be something they have to fix via patch but hopefully a ticket will resolve the issue.  I know due to the 4.0 release there have been a larger number of tickets going through.  It may take 3 - 5 days for a response but hopefully not.  They are doing a server side fix tomorrow, maybe that will fix the issue but I would submit the ticket now if you haven't already just in case they still have to fix it.  

Sadly I highly doubt they'll bat an eye to Bounty Hunters even with a wave a tickets being submitted one by one by loads of people. It seems that bounty hunters have some really near game breaking bugs that have been there for a year or two now (Referring to the Aurora Door Glitch). I think it'll end up taking longer too due to Knights of The Fallen Empire still having quite a bit of focus on it, the chapters and whatnot.

But to update, the server side fix has not done anything and it is still currently bugged.
