Glad to hear things are better now
Hard to say exactly without having your system in front of me, but it is likely tied to vsynch so if you want to play in fullscreen try disabling vsynch and switch shadows to low, otherwise fullscreen (window) should be just fine too 🙂

For other people with the issue , I just compkcompl resolved it : I went into my Nvidia settings and vsync was enabled. I disabled it and I can play full screen without issue ! Thanks again for your support proxos ! Your idea about vsync tiped me off !
