If you created the ticket for a character to get restored it will get answered unfortunately since the release of 4.0 it's been on average 2 - 3 weeks for a ticket response.  Sometimes there is an issue with displaying the tickets, just tested and I can see my open ticket but unfortunately due to the high ticket volume it may be 1 to 2 more weeks for a response, hope they get to it soon for you.
