If your trying to get a subscription on Swtor.com the only accepted forms of payment are major credit cards and PayPal. There are some slight differences depending country but gift cards are not accepted.
If you have not purchased the deluxe edition before on origin you may be able to use the gift cards there to get that and apply it to your account to get 60 days of game time.
