Re: Error Code C7

@Shift2ThaLeft

If you have played on this PC before try a re-install of the video drivers that is usual cause of C7 when played before on that system.

if you haven't played on this PC before, it maybe below minimum requirements to play the game as that is what C7 actually means.

If you post a dxdiag per this link, can confirm if it meets requirements

    @proxos666 This worked.  But now the finishing download to play on other planets is stuck on 99.99%    What to do for that?

     First give this a look:

    http://answers.ea.com/t5/STAR-WARS-The-Old-Republic/GUIDE-Launcher-Stuck-at-0-or-100-Complete/m-p/5282877#M16182

    If that isn't the Problem try an Repair:

    Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.

    If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.

    Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut, select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher.

    Given you are running 32bit OS you are best switching to non streaming per this link

    I have found the streaming launcher under 32bit OS gives a C12 error on some systems , downside to switching is it means almost a new download again.

    See how you go but if you find things are problematic, bite the bullet and switch, things like stuck at 99% cannot occur with non streaming as well.
