offhand i would say likely that windows 7 install has not updated certificates , any trouble downloading windows updates ?
you could try to update to windows 10 for free and see if that resolves it https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-download-windows-10-for-free-now-that-windows-7-is-dead/
It worked yesterday and today it does not... it is not an update that didn't happen.
I'm having this error today after trying to install SWTOR on my computer. My PC is running on Windows 11. I'm including the dxdiag.txt and the log file you've been asking for.

@proxos666 Ok so I tried using the repair utility and in the middle of downloading it had an error and asked for permission to repair. Said it was ok and the repair just froze up. Going to try again later today...
open a command prompt as administrator and run
sfc /scannow
that should fix the following error in the dxdiag , it wont help the swtor install unfortunately
