tried that now and even a different computer still coming up with the same thing. i tried to call but it says you have to be a subscriber but i cant subscribe if i cant validate my email so not sure what to do

Customer Service via phone is available to all players regardless if your free to play or a subscriber. So you can call for further assistance.
Oh ok I could if of sworn I read it was for sub members only, I'll call them then. You'd think they'd be like oh heck yes give us money and subscribe lol. Thanks for your help

Yeah that wasn't it either. I called and got it all settled. Apparently you can't use a email that has been used for anything EA before and the Ines I was trying to use were used in different games like Simpsons tapped out and origin on my computer, so I had to set up a new email address and that worked
