As mentioned, other items such as pets are present in the collection of the old character.

My inquiry is only about features such as "enable titles" and "gear customization".

I suppose back in the day when my old character received the mail, the original package had different contents for the "friends" box.

If I had redeemed it on that character already I would have the features available, but I don't.

Again, only on the new character, where I freshly received the new mail with a box of such content.
