Re: Game frozen in a Flashpoint

Try and reset phase by right-clicking your character portrait, go down to phase and reset active flashpoints. It's not a full reset of your flashpoint, that is done through your journal, but it can act as a hard reset on a stuck NPC some times.
If that does not work, yes then it's a reset unfortunately.
