First your monitor says it is running at 75Hz but 60Hz in game , doesn't hurt to select 75Hz in the preferences or alter the RefreshRate = 75
Give this a try initially
Click Start
Control Panel
hardware and sound
device manager
go to monitor and right mouse click on update driver software
select browse my computer
pick from list
untick show compatible hardware
select standard monitor types then select digital flat panel 1440 x 900
