    @Melianoras

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona xakep09061224 (not Melianoras) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

  • Thanks for the help clearing the Brower cache did allow me to access the site & I was able to subscribe. I didn't have to reset any password to do it

  • I changed how you told me the password. Went to the link - reset the password and changed. But the password was reset on the EA website. I have a SWTOR launcher. There was the same password, and remained. I go to the swtor.com and I can't buy anything like I used to. I changed my password there too, but it didn't help

    @h2a505nujgq

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona murlocman21  (not h2a505nujgq) that EA account uses a hotmail.fr email different to what is used on the swtor account

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
