The method described on that page works providing the system hasn't flagged the account for suspicious activity in which case you need to call CS to get the key removed.
I just logged in and took a snapshot of the link to remove the key on my account if that is what you mean
Actually it needs to be done on the website not the launcher ...... I need to report the launcher as it doesn't redirect correctly
if you login on the website with just username and password and login it prompts for the security key
