- Start by logging into your account on swtor.com.
- Click on Subscriptions in the Account Management sidebar to the right of the screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel your subscription.
- Follow the prompts to complete your subscription cancellation.
Note: Completing the above process and cancelling your subscription will terminate your recurring subscription. If you still have prepaid time remaining on your account, you will still be able to play as a subscriber until that time has run out, even if you have cancelled your subscription. Once your prepaid time finishes, you will become a preferred player. Learn more about what will change on your account when you become a preferred player.
if you subscribed on steam , you need to cancel the subscription in your steam account
