EA QV TeamIf you have multiple email addresses, check all of them in case the One Time Passwords are being sent there. If you still can't get in, you can give us a call and we should be able to either provide you with the OTP, or update the email address.
I have checked both my emails every time, it was not there. I live in Slovenia so if possible I would prefer to solve this in some other way, calling to other countries is something I am really not comfortable with. Is there any other way to get my account back? Could you perhaps add an authenticator to my account and then send me whatever I need to sync it with my phone?
EA QV TeamWhen it comes to account security, I'm afraid the only option is to call in, or nominate a friend to call in on your behalf.
There are no widespread OTP issues at the moment, so in most cases they are being sent to an email address you might have forgotten about, for example a student email address or one from your internet provider.
