Try travelling to say quesh and retry the holoterminal in window mode (just to be sure)
otherwise send an email to support@swtor.com (may take up to 5 days to respond so need to be patient) and provide username, server and character and stuck on watcher 2 and request to be moved forward.
provide a link to this thread as well in the email and if not sorted correctly post back and can refer for further look.
