I never found that first one. It didn't work though. I opened the second one and I tried that early this afternoon. At this point I probably just need customer support.

I gather you have restarted the PC and router/modem to be sure

Can flag with CS when they get online

Right mouse click on the game shortcut and select open file location , with the launcher not running delete any patch folder if one exists

then go into the swtor folder so at C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor

delete the file called diskcachearena then run the verification steps again
