When I downloaded this game initially it took... probably around ten hours on Internet that is normally really fast. Would i be looking at another long download time like that again or should a non-streaming download be faster?

Depends on your location I was on iinet here in Australia and got 400kb/s moved to Telstra and now get 10mb/s ...
streaming is usually limited to 512 kb/s , non streaming it can go a lot faster as I use non streaming here only way to find out is to switch
