Ok the intel video card is below minimum requirements just for awareness so may cause issues in the newer content as well
the driver you have is a 2012 driver which even pre-dates windows 10 as that intel video card built into the CPU is not supported on windows 10 , give this utility link a run as there maybe be a win 10 specific legacy driver for that intel card, having such an old driver may cause its own issues.
Driver Date/Size: 11/25/2012
I gather this is your system https://www.cnet.com/products/asus-essentio-cm5675-07/specs/ I would recommend taking that case down to a computer store and see if you can fit a cheap AMD or Nvidia video card - this will avoid alot of future issues.
Thank you for the info,
I have emailed the support team to request a character relocation. I've never had a problem loading the game before and it runs fine, but I will look into that card. I'm not sure if I can afford it, though.

Understand fully , given the hardware if you can try for something like this as an example or if you can stretch it this i wouldnt spend anymore money on that system to be honest
edit - the 1050 would be my first pick but the 1030 is the backup
Hope this helps
Thank you, I will definitely look into it. This computer is really old and I've been looking into getting a new one but it is definitely a stretch for me right now. I'm not looking to spend tons of money on this PC since I am planning on replacing it in the next few years or so, but a 1030 will suffice until then, I suppose, when I can get that money.
Thanks for all the help.

Welcome
Just to give you an idea of the performance differences between the cards
Your Intel card benchmark - Link
The GT1030 Benchmark - Link
The GT1050 Benchmark - Link
That why I recommend the GT1050 which should cost an extra $35 over the 1030
