Re: Lost cartel packs (no solutions found elsehwere, so this is my last hope)
If your a subscriber, send an in-game ticket to have the cartel packs restored. If your not a subscriber, you can email support@swtor.com with your Display Name, email on your account, character and server and see if they can either refund the cartel coins or restore the items.
May take a few days for a response.
