Same thing has happened to me just recently on 12.12.15 I really am afraid to wait for the in game ticket response. I recently waited a month actually few days more then that for one to be replied to then was informed that too much time had passed for them to be able to accurately investigate the matter. That was followed by a thank you for being a subscriber and some other auto jargon about how sorry they were it took so long but 4.0 has them backed up ect ect. The missing character issue is just to large of an issue to run into a similar response.
