Community Admin@Oogieweems1989 Is there any chance you're looking at the wrong server region?
Or for another thing that can catch more people than you'd think, are you on the right account. We get people daily who have been away from a game/origin for a while, then log in to some unused throwaway account rather than their main one.

Community Admin@Oogieweems1989 Hmm, past this is there any chance your account has been compromised. You could create a throwaway and see if your Legacy is visible on the new character.
If not, triple check your account (perhaps log into the main site and check if everything matches up).
If the legacy is present, or you still have no luck, it's time to reach out to SWTOR support, they can check things more closely and give the appropriate assistance.
