Have you claimed the item before under "Unclaimed" when you purchased it?
I can see here that the character you have used to purchase the item was deleted last 3/30/2017. The character name was Gohisheel, a level 12 Sith Warrior. If you did not claim the item yet. That item is still on that character's "Unclaimed" or if you already claimed it (but not consumed), then it is in it's inventory.
However, we can only restore a character for subscribers. I am very sorry that the only way to get that unlock back is to restore the character which will only be possible if you are a subscriber.
If you subscribe in the future, you can contact us again so we can restore your character and recover the item you lost.
