Sorry to hear you're missing the gear off your character. Unfortunately this isn't something we can help with directly here on the forums.

You'll need to get in touch with SWTOR support directly. Don't worry if you're a free to play player you can still contact support.

Just follow the steps in this article here to get in touch with SWTOR support and they should be able to help you out.
