For security purposes you would need to call customer service to see if they can assist you getting access. Once they find and verify your old account, you can see if they can change the email on the account to a new email as well. Their contact info and hours of operation are here. If you have Skype, WhatsApp or another VoIP program, you can call for free or at a discounted rate if needed.
Patience you must have young Padwan indeed. You're dealing with EA "help" This forum is the only help you get from EA. And that's about it. The phone numbers are all unattended, the live chats are unable to do anything but suggest the same thing you just told them you were unable to do. then insult you for not being able to fix your own problems. I cant believe the lack of customer service a company like EA shows. Absolutely horrible to deal with. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

if you have an issue with your swtor account supply your swtor username, otherwise why necro a post from last year
EA support cant help with swtor accounts, never have been able too
Swtor support are available on the phone for account issues, if you call during the hours listed as open , check your time in the UTC link if not sure

because I like banging my head against brickwalls. More fun than an EA game anyway. 6 months I've been trying to get my EA account back. And all I cop is abuse from EA help that it's my fault or go to the forum for answers. I come to the forums for answers and receive the same amount of help. I'm totally over this company.

but help.ea.com is the only place to raise a ticket for an EA / Origin account issue so try https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account
