    Can you confirm the swtor account is Malius ?? reason i ask is you haven't logged into that swtor account since 2020 and the last purchase was in 2012

    anyways to fix that swtor account for future purchases,  You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses the same email as on your swtor account 

    use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

  • the E-mail for the Account is [edit: email address removed]

    an yah it says  on my opening screen The Malius Legacy

  • must be something wrong on your end I have been playing for the last 2 an half months or you need to update your files

    if it helps find it at all I also purchased the Digital pack on the 1st of sept

  • @proxos666 yah it is MALIUS an I have had 2 months of payed subs in the last 2 months an when I went to top it off with a third I payed the money on the 29th day of my subscription last month hoping to add another month but inside I am out the money an the subscription even my bank shows the money missing so yah either want cartel coins as reimbursement or you add another month to my subscription if I can't get a refund
