The payment issue on the SWTOR page is now fixed, ty!
Still, I don't have the subscriber status on the game and Steam doesn't let me get my money back. Any help with that?

if the account is now sorted, when they get to your email in the queue as long as it contains valid screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message they will add the gametime
