You will need to call swtor support if money has been taken, is there any chance this was done on another account ?

I seem to be experiencing the same issue as most here. The SWTOR page says i have 59 days of play time left, the payment is showing in my payment history (I made the payment 2020/03/19 10:36 PM GMT).
However, subscriber privileges are locked. I can't refer a friend and what's worse - in-game it says I'm still a preferred status...

My user name is Tcjwalker for about the sixth time this week (03/20/20 U.S. midwest) I've tried subscribing and gotten the same results. I get a message saying that my card can't be accepted and to try another. But when I log into my bank account I have a $1 charge for every attempt.

You are best calling swtor support so they can look at their end to see what they can advise, the $1 charge is likely a verification charge and should be auto refunded.
All anyone can suggest on a public forum is try a different payment method and ensure the account info is 100% correct

Hi,
I have the same problem, hubby referred me and I immediately re-subscribed over an hour ago via the 60-day one time purchase on origin.com. Purchase was successful, I entered the code and game-time updated but I have not received bonus cartel coins yet and the in game status is still preferred status. Please assist.
