Usually unlocks from the CM provide an unlock that goes to your inventory when claimed from the CM
that unlock then needs to be used/consumed from the inventory

I know, that's where it wouldn't appear. Sorry should have mentioned it.
I was selling junk after and it randomly appeared in my inventory. Now idea why.
