Unfortunately for security purposes the only way to recover the account if you don't have access to the email is to call Customer Service. This is for security and once they verify your account they will be able to help you change it.
You can use Skype to call and it may be either discounted or free. Information on how to use Skype is found here.
You can also use the below information to call since you are from Brazil:

dial 00 + XX* + 44 + [removed by CM]
Do not dial the plus signs displayed here!
*for Brazil the exit code 00 must be followed by a carrier code XX which can be: 14 (Brasil Telecom), 15 (Telefonica), 21 (Embratel), 23 (Intelig), 31 (Telemar).
