theres a reason i cant afford a sub right now, a international call including the 2 hour wait (last time i had to wait 2 hours befor i got help)  would be more expencive.

i just can not afford that right now, if i could i'd have a sub.

Unfortunately for security purposes the only way to remove the mobile key from your account if you can't manually via the link is if you call customer service.  There are different numbers depending on which country you are in.

What country would you be calling from?

Also before you call try to remove the key via the following methods.

1. Go to swtor.com via chrome, internet explorer or Firefox
2. Enter your Display Name and Password but leave Security Key field empty.
3. Click Login
4. The next screen will aka for your security key.  Check below the field provided to see if the link "Forgot your security key" is there to click on.
5. Click the link to receive a one time Password to your email in order to remove the key.

@Formal-Prime You can also use Skype to call, for example. There definitely shouldn't be anything close to 2h wait times these days.
