your account is flagged to be checked for issues and they have your steam email, response will be in about 11hrs when support are online here for the day

Hello. I bought the 60 day subscription on steam. When I turned the game on I only have access to free to play content. I went to the account details to check if both my accounts are linked and they are.
I have sent the email to the support with the correct screenshots required.
My Star Wars the Old Republic account name: maskca. - proxos6663 years agoHero+
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support have your steam email , let me know when the above is done and i can check the email is still in a queue for an agent , otherwise they may email and ask you to call

You should be good now , gametime has been added , if you have a subscription in steam , be sure to cancel it in the steam account , it can be repurchased on steam when the current gametime ends
- I-Spax-I3 years agoNot applicable@proxos666 I have followed the steps you mentioned and reset the password of thevEA account that matches the mail address of my SWTOR account. I did notice that the EA account was older than the swtor account but both were created before 2019 when the account linking was changed. Should this cause any problems or is it fine as is?

I'm having the same issue, bought a steam sub yesterday, but it still says that i'm not a subscriber, i'm having a hard time finding a email or something to contact support, my swtor account is sQdow

you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

I have send them the email with the screenshots but they are asking me to call them!
Is this and automated response or should I call them? Because tomorrow is Sunday, and I'm from spain, they have not phone service in spanish...

Support have your email , however due to an account issue they cant add the gametime
So you will need to call them to resolve the account issue stopping the gametime being added, it should be a fairly quick fix though

I have the same issue as i bought sub through Steam but it does not work as it shows non sub status ing.
I sent an email to support with screenshots but no answer feels bad.

Support said they cant see an email from the email address you have attached to the swtor account
