Re: Steam subscription not working.

@proxos666 Hi i'm having the same issues as all these other players I read the thread and sent the information needed to the email provided. This was over 24hrs ago can you tell me how long this process will take and will this issue be corrected for the future? Seems like a pretty serious issue that should be fixed ASAP.

    @proxos666 can I get an update on this? I purchased my sub over 48hrs ago now and have seen no benefits...

    Still no email back from the team or response on here. I'd happily have a refund at this point

    Hello @proxos666, my account now appears as "Prefered" but I made the purchase for 30 days of Sub yesterday, there was an error when I made the purchase. "Prefered" appears inside the game.

    Please see if you can check my email I am getting worried, I believe it is an error in the process of my purchase.

    Support can see an email from you however the cropped screenshots are not usable, recommend resending the email with requested screens

    Well I'm not phoning as that is beyond a joke charging us to phone.. Also why do i have to come here to find updates about whats going on they should have replied to my email! Ill send them over again but the attachments are fine and feel like i'm jumping through hoops here....

    @proxos666I've sent a few emails over the last couple of days with screenshots attached to support's specifications, but haven't received any replies. My Steam account was properly linked at the time of subscription as well. Can you check and see if my emails from today and yesterday were received? Thank you.

    @proxos666  I sent email 2 days ago with steam ID, login ID, and screenshot of email purchase of a 60-day subscription and have not seen a response or subscription added.

    your email hasn't arrived either , be sure the attachments are not over 2mb per attachment and try resending

    @proxos666 email resent.  screenshot only 53.7kb, so that should not be the issue.  and the email used is the one on my SWTOR account.
