Re: Subscribed on the site but not working in-game.

Ok so i made a phonecall and the guy on the other end did some magic and my subscription is working ingame now, they said its been reported in the office before so they had people looking into it, he talked about my information having to "sync up" didn't really understand what he meant but hey, it works.

Kudos to @Belgorad for the phone number appararently i didn't search near well enough.

    To add further info about the issue, they seemed to have had a blip in the system that affected a select few. I also called and the nice gentleman solved my issue.

    Same issue for me, subscribed more than 2 hours ago and the site says I'm subscribed but the game is still f2p, someone can solve my problem pls?

    There is a known issue with the system right now affecting subscriptions and cartel coins purchases.  See the link in my previous post for their office response and it's something they are looking into.

    I just redeemed a code for a 60 day subscription and it says I still have preferred status in the game. I was wondering if I could buy a subscription on the website then cancel it without being charged to see if that fixes it.

    This is part of the known issue they are investigating.  See the Eric's post that I linked above here.  I would monitor that thread for any updates on this issue.

  • I'm having the same issue and NO WAY to resolve it. Can't issue a request in game, can't call because now those lines are closed until TOMORROW, and I can't even post to the official forum because as soon as it signs me in it signs me right back in so I can't replay to the referenced thread...or ANY thread actually. VERY unhappy. VERY. It also seems to have eaten some of my stuff that requires subs to use as a result of this.

    Unfortunately putting an in-game ticket would not resolve the issue as the in-game ticket is only for in-game issues.  Billing / Account issues are handled by customer service.  Since they are aware of it the only suggestion I can recommend is to wait for them to resolve the issue or call customer service during tomorrow's business hours to see if they can manually fix it.

    Just as a little update. The issue itself is resolved and every new made sub and purchase should go through immediately. 

    All purchases from yesterday are still being processes and might need a bit longer to fully go through and reflect on your accounts. 

    If you still got issues, please contact out customer support staff as they can help with the subscriptions as mentioned already in this thread 🙂

    But I can assure you that nothing will be lost, it might just appear a bit later.

    Let me know if there are any issues for things that are purchases right now!

    SOLVED, my account got updated and all ingame content unlocked.

  • Having the same problem. Paid a few hours ago and I'm still preferred in-game. Can't call 'cause it is closed by now and the costs for phoning are pretty high from my country.

    same im having this exact issue and its actually kinda pissing me off, because not only did I buy sub but cartel coins and did get either one

    This issue still exists. Purchased my sub more than 24 hours ago.

    I can't submit tickets or post on forum because I'm "not subbed". I can't call support because you're closed. This is ridiculous. And my sub is counting down time even though I can't play as one. 28 days left. I want my money back or a free month at the least. I'm paying for a product and not receiving it.

    I'm on day 2 of the website saying I'm a sub, but not in game. This is getting ridiculous.
