@proxos666 Thanks for a quick reply. I spoke with SWTOR support on Saturday, they were the first call I made they told me that on EA support would be able to change the email. I am able to (and have) changed my email address on my SWTOR account but its not that side of the account that handles payment/subscriptions.

Thank you, I already have a case in progress there with a timescale of 14 days until I could get a reply.

My SWTOR account is at the point where I could not play without a subscription. If I am not able to change the email address for the Grillpan ea account or have the password reset for me then I will not be able to SUB or buy Cartel Coins and I would have to start over. 4 or 5 years of effort put into that account.

Is there an option to transfer legacy or characters between accounts that can just be handled by SWTOR account credentials?

it isnt possible to transfer stuff between accounts i'm afraid

I am trying to see why swtor support couldnt help with the email when you called

If you call swtor support , they can assist you to update the email on the EA account grillpan
