After 24 hours nothing has changed. My card should work, according to the site You linked. I can't call BW, and I haven't found a solution yet. Any ideas will be appreciated.
Should I remove my card and add it again? Or can I use the saved option? I have no idea how to fix it, but I have to do it ASAP ☹️
With not phoning them , try linking the card to a paypal account it may work and go slow on the payment system
There is only support@swtor.com but I do not think they handle account issues
I have problems with the paypal option. I have to link a credit card it says.. and i don´t have a credit card and that´s the point i created an account on paypal in the first place.
I talked to paypals help center and they said it was no problem with my account.
So why doesn´t it work? I have always payed with the paypal option before.
Okay guys, I managed to borrow my good friend's phone and call EA Support. They told me to wait 24 - 48 hours without trying to pay or doing anything with the account. After that time it should be okay. Just make sure You wait AT LEAST 24h or the block will reset and You will have to wait again. Problem solved.
