I believe that screen shows if you try this from the launcher instead of from www.swtor.com
Nope, Just has a link that says "Contact customer service" which takes me to the same screen.

@SuccMyDingus420 Did you try the Security Key FAQ section: What do I do if I lost my Security Key or can't access it?
Edit: Just make sure to leave the launcher out of the process, just use www.swtor.com
- Yes that is where i started. Just brings me to the same useless screen. -sigh-

Very odd , just to 100% certain, you are definitely not using the launcher when you enter your username and password and leave the key field blank? that screen is expected if the launcher is used instead of a web browser directly to www.swtor.com
What web browser are you using ?
- Ive tried the launcher and swtor.com im using chrome

I have just tested via the launcher and I do get the screen shown below
as expected
If I go directly to www.swtor.com with the web browser though I do get the right screen seen below

Can you try edge or similar web browser and just go to www.swtor.com and try again very odd

@proxos666 Didn't realise the old links were still an issue on the Launcher! I'll get that looked into.
I just tried It through swtor.com with microsoft edge as well and still i get this screen with no option to send it.

Having the same problem, and once I did receive a one time password - it said it was incorrect. Not going to alt emails, nor spam.

@SuccMyDingus420 @Delusion360 If you call in we'll be able to get you logged in. While on the call I'd recommend using the opportunity to attach a Security Key as well (often requires an extra OTP).
i'm stucked here from like an hour to try to accede my account to renew the bills -.- c'mon after years this part is a total disappoint. OTP never came, tried 3 times to change the password and validate it, i don't really know what to do now, The OTP from the launcher came instantly.
Would rather not but might have to. Still having the same issue.

Support is available 7 days a week during the designated times, and can assist getting you back into your account on the day you call.
Not receiving "One-Time Password". Oh, yes I know, answer here, and there, and on the EA help site, and on Forums and everywhere? No, not receiving! I am not going to call the support, because if I do call the support every time from my Country if there is some problem, my phone bill would be with six zero's! So, the thing was working for 3 years perfectly, and now, as a cherry on top of everything, new Conquest not working properly, "Introduction to conquest" quest, won't reward at all... And a lot of other stuff, for which I really do not care, but now, I wanted to renew my subscription, and I cannot log in, because the Bot, will not send the One Time Password? Please fix this, or just remove it from my account, I really do not care for "so much" security, it's not the Fort Nox 🙂

There is an existing thread about the issue here. The last update we got is that the issue should be resolved as per here.
