when you do, give the code to the advisor as well and they can verify it and grant whatever is missing

ask someone in Singapore how to dial a phone number outside of singapore , i presume it is 001
yes line opens in about 2 hrs , once the account issue is resolved , give support the code , they can confirm it as valid and add the missing gametime
i can check with them in about 9 hrs when they are online for the day
support have your code in the queue to add the gametime , just need to wait for their email
