your account is disabled, you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open
when you do, give the code to the advisor as well and they can verify it and grant whatever is missing

yes line opens in about 2 hrs , once the account issue is resolved , give support the code , they can confirm it as valid and add the missing gametime
- @proxos666 Talked to support last night and they reset my EA account linked to my swtor account with a new email and password, said it has been escalated to another team which will assist me further to add the game time, and that i should be receiving an email confirming the game time added. Any word on this you know of?
i can check with them in about 9 hrs when they are online for the day
