Re: SWTOR game and website account has been temporarily disabled
If your account has been disabled, it sounds like it may have been suspended or banned for some reason. Currently as per this link here, response time for support@swtor.com is around 6 days and may be more since that was from 2 days ago.
Alternatively, if your account is suspended or banned, you can also email swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com with your Display Name, Email on your account and they can look into that specific issue for you.
