Tickets are responded to in the order they are received. Being a subscriber doesn't matter since only subscriber's can submit an in-game ticket. Responses can take up to 5 business days. Just depends on the issue, time it takes to investigate and then provide a response. Since you have submitted a ticket, they will respond to it as quickly as possible as long as it wasn't submitted as a bug report. If you submitted it as a bug report, it will not get a response. It needs to be an open ticket that shows in your ticket tracker.
