If your inventory was full, the rewards would be sent to your mailbox. However, a lot of quest rewards were removed from the game a few years ago, so that might also be the reason why you didn't get them.

If you are a subscriber, you could try asking CS to grant them to you. They might not be able to, but at least you can try!

 

Contact support in-game

1. Click on the question mark icon on the main menu, (or press Ctrl + /).
2. Click on Create ticket, then follow the on-screen instructions to provide details and submit your ticket.
