That can be a lot of things, not only about the server, I also play the game in Brazil and got no connection problem, only for inactivity!
Check your connection and the server that you are playing at... Try American servers!
Anyway, should be great if we have a server here, also a SAC... I got problems with payment and I didn't got any support until now!
Hope you got luck changing servers!
