@proxos666thanks very much - I did go back and look at the galaxy map and the planet and chose that. When I flew to Belsavis, the conversation automatically triggered, but STILL didn't work. I just had the Servant standing there blinking at me. *headdesk*

    @LeMerSud

    Best you can do is run in window mode with gfx on low when travelling to belsavis

    Swtor CS should move the character past this point given it is a class story

    @proxos666I always play windowed with graphics on very low.

    I really wish CS would do just that. As mentioned in my OP I've tried over ten different fixes on it. I've looked at the graphics/bloom/windowing, I've played the quest again, I've gone in from a different hard drive, I've done every reboot/restart/cache clean I can think of...and nothing works. At this point I think I've done all I can do on this end.

    @proxos666thank you. I did hear from someone yesterday who said that they had a lot of complaints about quests involving Belsavis. They suggested the 'go to Fleet- reset quest - go to Belsavis' fix but I have already done that to no avail. I wrote back and said so, but I have not had a response yet. ☹️

    In the meantime I'm trying to find various side quests and heroics for my Sith Warrior to do, since they can't move forward with their story...

    I had a side quest that took me to Quesh so I reset the "Declaration of War" again from the Fleet and tried the "Reset - go to Belsavis" trick again. Nothing. I have now run the DoW quest three times and have tried more than 12 different things. I am pleading with someone from Customer Service to read this and jump me past this bug, or fix it, or something. Please.

    Unfortunately the forum admins would not be able to assist with moving you past the mission.  I would email support@swtor.com with the character name, server a d the issue and request that they move you past the mission.

    If you have already done this you can email them again.

    I know - I have emailed them more than once. The only thing they offered, as I mentioned above, was trying that Fleet-reset-Belsavis move that doesn't work for me. I emailed them again to let them know that doesn't work, to no avail. And since I am not paid (I am preferred and have spent a bit on Cartel Coins and expansions, though) I cannot do an in-game ticket or post a bug report in the SWTOR site's forum.

    So I am not sure  how to get someone's attention at this point.

    @proxos666I last emailed them on the 20th. I am doing stuff on Belsavis that isn't the class story right now, but it's frustrating not to be able to progress in the storyline.
